How can I export the gene list and expression data of a cluster in Genomica to use in other programs?

When viewing a cluster (e.g., by selecting the 'Cluster' tab from the top toolbar), go to the 'File' menu, and select 'Export Cluster (text)'. This will export the text of the cluster view to a file of your choice. You can print the gene names (by selecting the 'Print Gene Descriptions' checkbox), experiment names (by selecting the 'Print Header Row' checkbox), and/or actual expression data (by selecting the 'Print Expression Data' checkbox).

How can I print an image of a cluster in Genomica?

When viewing a cluster (e.g., by selecting the 'Cluster' tab from the top toolbar), go to the 'File' menu, and select 'Export Cluster (image)'. This will export the image of the cluster view to a file of your choice. NOTE: you must specify an extension to your file (e.g., .gif) so that Genomica will know what file format to print the image in. You can customize the image using the checkboxes, where you can select whether you want the gene names, experiment labels, and expression data to be printed.
