Download Gene Mapping Table


Genomica uses a standard gene name convention per organism (for example, in human and mouse we use LocusLink, while in yeast we use ORF names). To make use of the expression data and gene sets that we supply, you will need to convert your gene names to the standards we use. Such gene conversion tables are provided below. Note that you can also use Genomica with your own gene name standards, but in that case you will not be able to make use of the gene sets and expression data we provide (unless you convert them back to your gene naming standard).
