Download Repository Packages

A repository package is a zip file containing the data and the repository configuration files. It provides you a very convenient method of loading data into Genomica. To learn more about how to use Genomica repositories, see the File Repository page in the tutorial.

Download Gene Sets

Below are some gene sets that we collected from various sources in several gene namespaces (help on gene namespaces). You can download and use them, among others, to create module maps, and to find enrichment of these sets in other clusters or gene sets. Note that you can also construct your own gene sets according to the Genomica format.

  Human Yeast Mouse Fly Worm
EntrezGene
RefSeq
Unigene
Affymetrix_Hu133
Affymetrix_Hu133Plus
Affymetrix_Hu95

Wormbase_Protein

Download Expression Datasets

Below are some expression data sets that we collected from various organisms in several gene namespaces (help on gene namespaces). You can download and use them, among others, to create module maps and create module networks. Note that you can also load your own expression data according to the Genomica format.

Download Chromosome Tracks

Below are some chromosome tracks data sets that we collected from various organisms. You can download and view it in Genomica genome browser. Note that you can also create and load your own chromosome tracks.
